Selecting a Great Instructor

When you need training, selecting the instructor is vitally important. Training is costly enough, but the costs of BAD training can be enormous, but these are the most deadly:

Wasted employee time
Poor morale
Wrong project direction

Golden Rules for Training Purchasers

ALWAYS meet (talk at a minimum) with the instructor(s) before the training is purchased
Ensure that the training is congruent with the direction your company is taking
Ensure that all your people meet all the pre-requisites of the training
