Most commonly used in the workplace, 360 Degree Feedback is an inclusive feedback process where an individual, their supervisors, peers, clients and subordinates are all asked to provide their impressions of the individual's strengths and weaknesses at work.

The collected feedback is then reviewed and analyzed by a human resources or organizational development professional and used to develop an action plan for the feedback subject. 

Often the most interesting component of the results is the differences between our own perception of our abilities, strengths and weaknesses and the perceptions our colleagues have of our skills.
